The Sylvan Winds are thrilled to perform again for the New York Flute Club, reprising Ruth Crawford Seeger’s Suite in a concert of chamber works for flute. This program features eleven additional flutists and four other instrumentalists in a diverse selection of American works by Joseph Schwantner, Elizabeth Brown, Walter Piston, Bonnie McAlvin, Virgil Thomson, Aaron Jay Kernis, and Arkady Dubensky.
